RFEUND POLICY

Cancel

We accept cancellations prior to product shipment or production (usually orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is processed). If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.

Return (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchases back to the manufacturer.

If we send the wrong order or damaged product, or if the personal information you provide to www.vbesttool.com is incorrect. You do not need to return the product to us. Just give us all the information about it. Please notify us immediately by email (info@szesttool.com) and you will receive a refund or exchange of your purchase within 15 days.

Products returned as described not as described will not be charged to the consumer.
All costs (including freight, etc.) caused by quality problems shall be borne by us.

Once you have received the return label from our customer service team, please send the product back within 14 days. Customers only pay return shipping if they send the product back in good condition within 14 days. We will give a full refund.

Customers will be charged a restocking fee (15% of the original price of the product) if they return the product within 14 to 30 days of receiving the return label, or if the returned item is missing accessories/appearing damaged. If customers return the product more than 30 days after receiving the return label, they will be charged a 25% restocking fee. If the customer intentionally damages the product, the restocking fee can be up to 50%.

If you receive a free item or gift of purchase, you can return it with the package or keep it. If you choose to keep the item, the retail value will be deducted from your total reimbursement.


Refund (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will email you a receipt notification. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, usually within 5 business days.

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@szesttool.com.
